Still undecided on who or what organization to donate to before 2017 closes in?
No matter the season, or stage of life, MVNA nurses visit clients in the comfort of their homes, in community shelters, or in care facilities. Our nurses teach and encourage at-risk mothers caring for newborns in their first vulnerable days together after leaving the hospital. Hospice of the Twin Cities staff provides music, pet and message therapy for hospice patients, easing their emotional and physical pain at the end of life. From prenatal to end-of-life support, we are privileged to create an experience of compassionate care, adding to the life narrative of the patient and their family.
Our recent integration with another safety-net provider, Hennepin Health System, Inc., allows us to join in partnership to eliminate health disparities. The strength in our partnership is evident in how we heal, inspire and support the community. Our partnership with you holds the same power and resilience. With your support, MVNA and Hospice of the Twin Cities can bring healthcare into the lives and homes of our neighbors in need.
We need your support again this year. Your gift changes lives and makes our community a healthy and vibrant place to live.
