Season of Sparkle will bring dazzle and light to MVNA and HOTC clients this season thru Holiday of Caring Tree and Holiday Lights and Limo Programs.

MVNA Holiday of Caring Tree:The Holiday season can often be a time when families, especially those that MVNA serves, need extra help to make ends meet. This year because the need is so great, we are not matching donors to specific individual families. Rather we are sharing a list of the most needed items during the holidays and throughout the year for clients of all ages, infants to older adults. One idea would be to fill a tree with MVNA holiday wish ornaments; you could choose to focus on young children, older adults or both. Invite family, friends and co-workers to select from the tree and purchase an essential item(s) or provide funding to support the purchase of these wishes..

HOTC Lights and Limos: This Holiday Season could be the last opportunity for our Hospice of the Twin Cities (HOTC) patients to see the holiday lights and share the joy of the season with their children, grandchildren, other family members and friends. Through the HOTC Holiday Lights and Limos Program hospice patients are able to view the holiday lights with their families while riding in the comfort of a limousine or wheelchair-adapted bus.

Helpful Information

  • MVNA will provide a list of new items needed by our clients soon after we receive the completed donor form
  • Clients range in age from newborn to seniors
  • Requests are modest and support a gap in a client's life
  • Grocery gift cards and cash donations help extend your giving beyond the holiday season
  • Gift items must be new and unwrapped because families enjoy creating memories by wrapping gifts
  • Drop off items to MVNA office between Dec. 5th and Dec. 19th

Help provide a holiday light tour in special transportation for a wheelchair bound patient
