Lifeline is not just for emergencies. Lifeline allows you to:
- Answer the telephone from a distance and use it as a speakerphone, by pressing your Personal Help Button during an incoming telephone call. This means you don't need to rush to reach for the phone, and risk falling down. simply press your button when an imcoming call is in progress, on or after the second ring, and you can say "Hello!" Press it again to disconnect from your call.
- Lifeline's CarePartner Telephone allows you or your caregiver to program special reminders that will help you with your daily schedule. For example, you can have your reminder set to go off anytime that you choose, reminding you that it is time to take your meds, or to get ready for your appointment, or to remind you that your nurse is arriving today. Your caregiver or loved one can program this for you in their voice from any remote location.
MVNA offers two types of CarePartner in-home units:
Lifeline 6600/6700 Communicator |
Lifeline 9500 Telephone with reminders |
Included is your choice of a necklace or bracelet style Personal Help Button
