Female Arabic Interpreter
Casual on-call position; non-benefited
POSITION PURPOSE:
Flexible daytime hours are available. We are seeking a female interpreter who can speak Arabic and English fluently to meet with our nurses when they make nurse visits at a client’s home in metro area and provide assistance with communication with the client.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong bilingual skills: English and Arabic
- Certification is preferred
- Registered on Minnesota State Interpreter Registry
- Should have at least one year of interpreting experience, ideally in a medical setting
- Must have dependable vehicle, driver’s license and proof of car insurance
- Good problem solving, written and oral communication skills
